Post by: pgackerman on March 13, 2015, 06:12:36 pm
I didn't even know there was a Jersey, GA.

He/She has 5 cars for sale so this probably isn't an enthusiast who lost their way.

Anyone in the Atlanta area want to tell them about the club?

Pretty sure that's the car that AeroDon went through, a few months ago.

Pretty sure you're right.  He's had that car listed a number of times over the years.  Supposedly it came out of a museum in Blairesville, Ga. and had been there for 10 years.  He seems to keep moving from town to town around the Atlanta area.  Last time was from Norcross, then I heard the car was at a garage in Monroe which isn't too far from Jersey.  They contacted me through the Galaxy Diner wanting to know where to get headlight motors.

If it's the same car, it isn't quite as nice as it appears on the outside.  Aerodonamic and Darrel had to make 4 or 5 trips to get it and I think it quit on him at least once.

What other cars are for sale?  I couldn't find anything.

I clicked on seller's other items.

Noticed interior photography was almost nonexistent.  Engine bay was nonexistent.

That IS the same car.  I just looked at the other vehicles and noticed that they have Tolleson driveout tags.  Then I went back and looked at the 328 and so did it.  That was the place that called me about the headlight motors.  It's a dealership in Monroe.  He was asking over $10,000 for it at one time.  He was some kind of lawyer or ran a model agency or something like that.  Looks like he finally got rid of it to the dealer.
