Ok folks I have about 4 pick-up truck loads of parts I bought from Asby a couple of years ago. Probably a dozen inner fenders a G.T. Deck lid and couple front hood, several front bumper covers, sway bars, inside trim pieces, one tan dash, some front end parts, brake parts. In other words and ton of parts. Here is the catch I am moving over the next month and want to sell these parts instead of move them. I want 300.00 obo for ALL them. I don't have time to try and sell them individually nor the knowledge of what fits where. Don use to help me on that and now that he's gone well time to move these. These pieces are not junk there are some nice parts and some hard to find (according to Don and Asby).
I still have the Black 88 Formula for sale (1300.00) as well.
Contact me on my cell 404-310-6303.If I don't answer leave me a message and I'll get back to you asap.
-
hey joe if you a black cover grill for the driver quarter panel air intake could save it for me? thanks oldone in cartersville
-
Is it OK if we buy individual parts as long as we do all the work of picking through them and removing the parts?
-
Guys.....I would really rather sell it all....I don't have the time to do the individual selling.......ya'll who know what you have can make what you pay for it back and then some.
-
Would you by chance have a stock front swaybar painted red?
-
No there are two thick ones and one of the thinner ones but they are all just steel as they came.
-
I would still be interested in a stock one with the mounts. The reason for the red question was because his son removed mine and I can't get it back. Didn't know if it got into Ashby's stuff. PM or email price.
-
maybe the club ought to buy the whole load and give members first chance at what they need. maybe members could get parts for free or a reduced price opposed to what the public pays. maybe the club could make some money out of this deal. if there was somewhere to store them, they could be categorized and picked up by the purchaser at the monthly meeting. just a idea.
-
Not a bad idea, but the problem is a place to store the parts.
-
I`d be glad to help pick and haul parts some where and try to sort thru whatever there is maybe we could have a swap meet some where depending on out much stuff there turns out to be. the first and probably only" FIERO FUN MEET"--- " REMEMBER THE FIERO FACTORY" it was fun while it lasted.
-
Ok folks ... started moving this weekend and forgot what a pain moving is...lol so if someone wants these parts need to give me a call cause as much as I hate to they will go to the dump and scrape metal recycle place around the corner from my house. Make me an offer and then bring some trucks and help....lol
-
I missed this, the first go round.
I don't really have anywhere to store that much stuff, but I'll be happy to come over and help to inventory what's there.
I can also help to move it if somebody else wants it.
Where you moving to, Joe?
-
Wow. Shame this many good parts are going to be trashed. I don't have a truck, & no gas money right now, or I'd take them. I do have a place to store it all if someone wants to haul them up here.

hey paul I`ll help move them to your place, but you know he wants $300.00 dollars for the 4 truck loads. if you have a trailer we could haul them a lot quicker.
-
Guys the parts are at my house in Powder Springs......thats where I'm moving from to Felton
-
hey slowburn how do you get there from power springs? are you moving your residence to felton or just your garage?
-
Moving everything...
-
LOL except these parts that is.... the parts are at the Powder Springs address
-
is the price still the same?

Oh well. Unfortunately I'm broke & way behind in my bills, so I guess he'll just have to trash them. What a shame.

Joe, still would like to know if you have a stock front sway bar with mounts. Also a center console glove box in the darker gray. Maybe if we can buy off some individual parts, you could make the same amount as by the truck load.
-
hey Charlie if enough members wanted to chip in it might not cost that much to take the parts off of joes hands. for instance $300.00 divided by 6 equals $50.00 dollars. $300.00 divided by 8 equals $37.50 dollars. I wish I had a car to buy parts for. if you needed I would chip in if you didn`t have enough interested people. tha driver says he has room to store the 4 loads I assume under roof. if everything was put on a list then given to the paying members plus tha driver for supplying the storage, the list would have to be updated everytime something is claimed. once you look at the parts there might be a lot of stuff that's junk, you really don`t what you`re gonna get or how many loads there be.
-
Sorry guys between movin and work hard to get this checked. I have two of the large/thicker sway bars and one of the smaller/thinner ones. I'm almost positive I don't have the glove box piece.
-
Anyone want to take a ride over to Slowburn's on Sunday afternoon to see what we can grab?
-

If I'm here...

To My Barn
-
are you serious you have a barn big enough to hold 4 p/u trk loads of parts ? if you are serious I`ll help move it to your place.
-
Yup, My Barn Is 12' X 24' X 10' High. And It Is Basically Empty.
Except For A Few Squirrels And Snakes. :)
-
if you want to buy it all I`ll help you haul it to your barn. if the club would want to buy it all and paid members use what they want and sell off the rest I`ll still help move it . or if certain members want to chip in and buy it and keep it at your barn I`ll chip in and help move it . I guess what I`m trying to say is I`ll help move the parts.
-
Has A Date Been Picked Yet When We Are Going To Do This?
-
granny I don`t think theres any kind of a deal as far as getting these parts.
-
Most of our active members are busy for the next two weekends with the meeting next week then RFTH the week after. It would need to be at least the 26th or Oct. 3.
-
so are you all just picking random parts or the whole bunch?
-
If the parts really are coming to our barn, we will need some helpers to move some things already there to come along with the stuff.
Also, I'd rather only good usable stuff go there. If some of it is junk, it needs to go to the junk yard.
-
I got a bunch of useless stuff when I got the truckload of stuff several years ago. I think that in his case, I helped him clean out his basement. Cut up wiring harnesses, broken headlight assemblies. Even with that, I got a deal. At least we can reduce the amount of stuff Joe has to send off to the dumpster. Then let paid members pick through what they want. For the guys out of town, put in their request and we'll see if it's available.
-
After We Get It To The Barn We Can Price It And List It On
Our Forum.
-
I`ll help whatever way I can, I won`t be available during the run for the hills and also mid-October.
