nothing is on fire except for the fire place

Trade! It was well over 100F here today. I watched a baseball game on TV, and the on-field thermometer read about 115F.

Welcome, Allen. Hope you enjoy it here. Lots of good folks. Sorry I couldn't talk with you longer, but had to get things prepared for the get together. It hit 107*F yesterday, but other than the grill, we were inside in a nice cool air conditioned facility. My sister-in-law from Phoenix, Az. even thought it was bad here. She's an Atlanta girl, but she's lost her tolerance for the high humidity, having lived in the Southwest for over 25 years. Kind of like living over in the Simpson Desert Region.
