I was watching a news clip of that just a little earlier.  Are you sure you're not part of California or Colorado?

I talked with Allen and Julie for a little over an hour, tonight.  One of the things we talked about was the fires.  On one side of them, they came within about a mile and a half.  On the other side, they were within a half mile.  They were using helicopters to drop water on the fires to keep the fires at bay.  They had been told to be prepared to evacuate should they not get them under control.

He said that with the fire breaks and water drops, they were very lucky they didn't lose their home because they have lots of trees and grass near the home.  Be it a little too late for many, but it's now been raining for a week.
