Any one in or near Redding California
I need to see if an address us real and tnat a certain persin really lives there
-
I'm just saying, but this forum may not have the reach of Californian readers.
Do you want someond to go knock on the door and ask? Anyone can do a street map of the address, check with the post office, or with the street department.
-
Google street view might reveal what's at the address. Anywho.com can provide information with name, address and landline phone number inputs.
The post office is forbidden from telling who lives at a particular address but they might verify the address.

Redding, Ca. city or county tax assessor's office website. Usually you can search by address or owner's name. QPublic is a common website where tax assessors have parcel maps and info.
Here's a link to the Shasta County Assessor's site where you can enter the address and should be able to find some information there. It will give the owner's name but not a tenant's name.
