Title: Phantom wipe eliminator -- What's in the box

I've decided not to make my Phantom Wipe Eliminators any more (except maybe a few for club members), so I'm revealing what's in the box. It's deceptively simple. Here it is! I used high temp military grade capacitors. Because of possible high temps (even in the front compartment -- the car gets hot just sitting in the sun), regular capacitors may not last.
