Looks like you have more important things to worry about than gun laws.

Was the citating officers uniform clean and pressed?
Did his/her official vehicle have the proper lighting turned on during the citation issuance?
If not, were safety cones placed at 3 intervals behind the official vehicle?
Did the officer leave their vehicle running or have their windows down or doors locked while issuing the citation?
If the citizens vehicle was in their driveway the officer would require a warrant BEFORE walking onto the citizens property to issue a citation in this country.
In order to leave the citation, the officer HAD to be more than 3 metres away!
The LAW is NOT above the LAW.
We have these things called 'sawed-off baseball bats' over here.
A wonderful deterrent where guns could be an issue.

I've been checking out places around Barrow and Jackson county for Allen and Julie. They're wanting to move over here very badly. He's had several job interview offers, but no guarantee of employment. Difficult to fly over to Norcross just for a job interview.
