I'm working on a get together with the SCFC. We're wanting to get as many Fiero clubs together as we can. We'll be meeting in South Carolina next to the coast. I copied this from the South Carolina Fiero Club Forum:
May 16th-noon @ Berkleys on Kings hwy @ 38th
Ave N.(next to hooters)-this restaurant caters to
car clubs all the time-cheap-good-hot food.
If the GFC would be interested in participating in this let me know. We're working on possibably a 3 day event because it such a long drive out and back. Let me know what you think.
-
sounds like fun
-
South East Fiero's! Sounds good to Me, but how about a meet in Pine Mountain, or Dothan?
-
We've decided to include any Fiero Clubs that want to make the trip. Ark., Ala., Miss., Kentucky, Virginia, and more has asked to come.
-
Here's the information I pulled from Pennocks.

Ok, here is the official thread with the finalized details on the May meet.
Date is May 16, 2009. We expect that people will arrive on Friday evening and will want to talk in the hotel lobby.
Schedule of Events are: Saturday at 11 am everyone will meet at Burkys for lunch. From there we are all going to cruise to Richard Bortons (whadeduck) shop to work on cars, wash cars, exchange parts, etc. After that we are going to cruise over to Daniels place (spoilt) for a cookout and to just hang out together. (The cost for food at Daniels will be $5 a plate). After rapping up at Daniels place we are all going to go cruise up the main Myrtle Beach strip and show off our passion. Sunday is a do what you want day, no events will be planned.
Host Hotel: Sea Mist resort, phone number of: 1-800-793-6507. The address is: 1200 South Ocean Blvd.
Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.
I will have a fliers with maps and the addresses of the locations on it at the check in desk of the host hotel.
T-Shirts are available online at: www.cafepress.com/SCfieroclub
At the meet we will be allowing people to become full fledged members of our club. The annual dues are $25 for one car, $35 for two cars. With that comes a decal, business cards, voting rights, and access to restricted areas of the SCFC forum. We will also be accepting donations to help our young club.
We ask that you please post an rsvp if you are hoping to attend so that we can purchase the right amount of food. Also, please post and let us know if you intend to join our club so that we can have a decal ready for you at the meet.
This is going to be a fun meet where everyone can put a face to a name on the fiero club forums and can also swap some needed parts.

Could We meet up in Atlanta and ride up as a group? Safety in numbers!
-
I just got an email from Sea Mist Resorts in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. They want to know how many rooms to hold for us. So if your planning to attend this gathering I need to know, so I can tell her how many.
-
I have held 30 Oceanview Studios for $80.00 per night. Your group reservation number is 160089. Please post for the group. The reservation is listed under SC Fiero Club.
-
So who's coming from the Georgia Club? There's only 2 weeks left and they've already got between 35 and 45 Fiero's and other cars coming. We're taking 5 from the club and 4 more from middle Tn.
-
Between the Swap Meet and the All Pontiac Show in June, I can't afford it. If it were something that I could make in a day, it might be possible. We're both having to go on Medicare the first of June, and we have no gap insurance to cover us until Medicare takes over, so all expenses will have to come out of our pocket for a while.
-
This should be our route... http://www.mapquest.com/mq/6-7rSANS6_9quq
If anybody wants to meet up with us in Lavonia at the Shoney's Resturant just off I-85, I'll post a time when we'll be there. Conrads meeting us there.
-
I figure if we leave here at 10 am then drive to Lavonia and pick up some people from Georgia and eat, then we should get there around 8 pm. I figure we should be in Lavonia around 1:30 and spend an hour eating.

If nobody's going from Georgia, then I going to plan a different route.
-
I brought it up at the meeting, Saturday and no one that was there said for sure that they were going. Ratfink was planning on coming up that way to meet you, I think. If you change it, he may want to go out I-20.
-
I'm not changing it there's some more people coming from Atlanta that aren't in a club that have ask to ride with us.
-
Looks like we might have a dozen or so riding up together. Should be a pretty good sight on the highway.
-
I'll have to pass on this adventure,My Fiero is demanding My full attention and paycheck!
Have a great time and take pictures,,,please!

To all attending the meet: The block of rooms are in the "Driftwood"(ocean side) tower, the taller of the Sea Mist buildings. "Reserved for fieros only" parking will be on the second level(ground level) of the parking garage. We will have signs directing. Ms. LeAnne asked how many cars-I told her 30-40. "PLEASE" park all non-fiero vehicles that people are bringing elsewhere. Check-in is in the Driftwood towers(1200 block of Ocean Bvd.). Richard & I(& Jerry) will be there by 6:30, to meet & greet.
The Saturday afternoon meal will be @ "Golden
Corral" Buffet/Grill @ 5 P.M. Tables will be reserved for us. Dutch treat. This is near the Wal-Mart off hwy 501(maps @ check-in)
The most scenic & accessible spot for pics is @
20th Ave. South & Ocean Blvd.(ocean side of rd).
Room to park 25-30 cars at once, swap out for pics. The ocean still not in the back ground, but it
is a decent site. All public access areas have signs & large blue trash cans as a backdrop with
the ocean. To each their own. Also-parking meters are everywheres-even @ this sorta cool
spot-maybe we can park cars facing the rd.-do a group shot. The old Air Base main gate has 4-5
aircraft on static display-this could be used also.
South edge of M.B. city limits on 17 S.(on rt. side). later-Rick
