Title: Driving w/o a deck

Fierofolk, I've read more than once that a Fiero can be driven without the fiberglass panels attached. 
Does this include the entire deck or just the panel covering the deck?
The entire hood, or just the panel?

You can remove the bumper covers, fenders, door panels, ground effects, rocker panels, lower quarter panels, rear clip, hood and decklid, mount the lights and plates, and drive away.  Someone drove from KC to Chicago like that.  I guess you could remove the front roof portion.

Yes, all the outer shell can be removed.  None of the outer skin is part of the strength of the Fiero.  The headlights and parking lights will still function because they're bolted to the space frame.  Side markers would need to be mounted in some way.  Mounts for the tail lights would need to be addressed.  HarryT Baha'd a Fiero and I believe the only thing he kept was the roof and door skins, so the cabin would be weather tight.
