Title: Prayers needed

My kid brother went into the hospital with an infection.  It started with a cut in his finger, and went up his arm to his chest.  Somehow, this causes blood clots.  I'm heading to the hospital shortly.

My ”daughter's” sister was brutally attacked in NY.  Their real parents are dealing with that, but my thoughts and prayers are with them.

I'm sorry.  Yes, I was thinking of him.  He often refers to his little brother and it was late after a rough day.

No worries.

You know how, when you are in the hospital, they make you wear those peek-a-boo gowns that facilitate the accumulation of cold air against your body?  Well, not my brother.  He stayed in street clothes.

It's a staph infection.  Worrisome.  They named a highway after the last guy who had one of those.

Thank you all for your prayers.  My brother is out of the hospital, and will return to work Monday.

The girl is home in S. Korea for recovery.

My mother is in the hospital getting back surgery today.  The appointment was at 9:30, but they were late taking her in.  I'm hoping she'll be out soon, and that the surgery goes well.

Thanks.  I don't know that she has a bad back, but yes, I've been there.  Spinal taps and all sorts of back fun.  Hers is more of a can't walk, can't sleep thing.

I took a drive down to Northlake Automotive today and found that it's closed due to Michael having the flu.  Prayers for Michael to quickly recover and for his wife to not get it.
