Title: Which fasteners?

There is a rubber pad that sits sortof on the cradle above the muffler.  This rubber pad appears to be secured with plastic fasteners.  Anyone know which fasteners?

I suspect that this pad is only on automatic transmissions.

I think it's a splash shield. I believe it also uses the same fasteners as the splash shields in the wheel wells.
