My motor is wiggling like Elvis hips! I keep blowing the factory motor mounts with my 3.4. I don't want solid mounts or super stiff poly. Any recommendations or observations to help guide me on my quest?

I have poly mounts. Either way, the mounts shouldn't go, unless there is excess play. Put another way, if all your mounts are good and secure, they should be fine.
My dogbone is Rodney's adjustable one; the other mounts came from TFS. I was told that I wouldn't like the basically solid-mount result, but it's fine--if the motor is running smoothly. Smooth is really only an issue when stopped, though. Yours is a manual, so that shouldn't be a problem.

I used to literally beat hell out of my 3.4, with stock mounts (with the exception of a modded 87 "foot" under the crank pulley, and a poly dogbone.)
Never had any trouble.

I think the key is having good mounts for both the engine and the transmission. If any one of those mounts go, the other mounts follow.

What I'm calling "stock" are the eBay stock mounts. I guess you get what you pay for. The motor runs smooth, so maybe I'll try the poly. I've never run poly, but have heard a lot of comments about how harsh they can be, almost solid.
GTRS: From whom did you source your poly mounts from?

Rodney (http://rodneydickman.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=73&osCsid=288268f461c8bbe88b55716a5cecf1a1), for most of them, then I got this (https://www.fierostore.com/Product/Detail.aspx?p=2&s=52901%20%20%20%20%20AFTERMARK).
Reading Rodney's comments, that last one may be an issue, but I got everything poly that I could. I think poly is more of an issue with an automatic.
