Well, I'm not sure you could stuff that into a Fiero safely.

Not overly interested in stuffing a V12 into my Fiero.  Just shows there's always someone faster or bigger.

My ideal would be an ATS or Camaro super or turbo-charged ecotec.  Figure 275HP would be enough for my Fiero, have better balance (lighter weight) than my current V6, and I wouldn't have to plan gas station stops like a Tesla owner needs to plan power stops. 

My current MPG are fine.  However, I don't enjoy visiting gas stations that much.

Luckily, my natural cheapness ($$$) and laziness prevent me from exploring this path to Fiero fame.

That turbo from the Buick Grand National was very nice in the Fiero.  If you keep your foot out of it, that setup would get good MPG, and awesome performance.
