Well, maybe not technically aliens. Still, these will probably be the people who wesr tinfoil hats. Who knew there were 1 million people who would sign onto something like this!

CowsPatoot mentioned this on Facebook, and asked for suggestions as to what the commander of the base should do. I suggested that he set up concession stands loaded with fake alien trinkets to sell to the mob, and make a lot of money off of them.

I like that suggestion.
I have several humorous suggestions, but they are not appropriate here.
The Air Force has a flying object that could be made to resemble a bat. A bat with a 16-foot wingspan. It flies at about 90MPH, and is very maneuverable. If that thing came after the intruders, they may be disuaded.
If the commander bought stuff from the dollar store, and sold that stuff, he'd probably end up removed from his command, dishonorably discharged, and sued. You know, taking bribes, defrauding the public, misleading the public, leaking government secrets, selling others' stuff for personal gain, taking advantage of aliens, etc.
Of course, they could just let the Borg have those people.
