Title: Fiero Factory needs help

Many of you, who have been a part of the Fiero community for a while, are familiar with the Fiero Factory.
Jeremy has reached a bit of a "crossroads", and needs a not-so-small measure of help.

Taxes and things must be much less.  The property seemed small, but $500 wouldn't cover a month for that, here.

My Fiero needs work, but needs to be fixed, this time.
