Although not as impressive as what has been going on with Charlie’s SE, I finally got some things finished. I installed dodgerunner’s tensioner, upgraded the alternator and tried for hours to replace the a/c compressor. Couldn’t get the “hidden” pivot bolt out. Used PB blaster, stubby wrenches, make shift pry bar, 1/4 inch extension thru the pivot bolt hole of the bolt I was able to remove with a socket, made up some new curse words and prayed for Devine intervention. Finally admitted defeat and brought it to Alvin. He has a one may auto repair shop a mile from me and doesn’t even blink when I show up with my Fiero. He can fix anything on wheels. Have brought him everything from classic mustangs to brand new Chevys. He is the next best to you guys.
Will be up to Atlanta for a meeting as soon as I can.

Awesome! I thought your post would be about your other Fiero, but I am glad you made progress. There is a youtube video on how to replace the AC compressor. Not sure if you saw that or not.
