anybody have one laying around? Apparently one of my got bent by the wrecker guy Friday night
-
There's one on my parts car. Maybe it's time to have that stripper party.
-
Will take it....... what do you need for it? Do you want this one so that you can still move the car around? Do you want to come and pull it?
-
I wouldn't be able to do anything until next weekend. If you need it sooner, you'll have to come here.
Price: Free if you do the sweat equity.
(or maybe make the two truck drive pay something. He must have cranked that wench hard to do that. I saw the pic on Facebook.)

Thank you Pat
-
Can't you go back against the tow company?
-
I am curious about the condition of the bushings in those lateral links. Maybe (doubtful) you cojld use the bushing from the damaged lateral link.
My tri-link bushings were supposed to be good, but when we pulled them off, they were bad. My Fiero only had 60K miles on it, at the time.
-
will know the bushing condition when I pull it off
-
Bushings look fine on the bent one
-
Excellent! Removable intact?
-
Scott... You're going to need to replace the long bolt that goes through both links, and the knuckle. Looking at the pic, yours is bent.
-
Um, pic?

Yes. The bolt is bent....... will get the bolt off of the parts car too

My plan is to get the link off of Pat's parts car and install it on my car
-
Replaced?

Done for a week now....... 1 hour drive to Pats, 30 minutes to pull the good one and put the bad one in its place (so that Pat can still move the car), 1 hour 30 minute drive to the other side of the world. 10 minutes to install.

Excellent!
