How many Fieros are within a five mile radius of your home?
Mine, of course. But there's another within my radius which has had it's rear end jacked up for several years now. Another was at a house I'm kinda scared to approach -- the car has since diasappeared. Then there was another just around the corner(s) from me that was sold along with the home in an Estate Sale. Coulda had it for $500, even though we couldn't open the doors, or deck, or get the vin, etc. Maybe just inside the radius were two more that were functional. But I haven't seen either one for years.
That's maybe two functional -- aside from mine -- and three (I'll be generous) "parts" Fieros.
How many around your place?
-
I can reasonably confidently say 1. :0)

There are my two and an automotive machine shop owner has an 88 that's been parked for more than 8 years. Former member Kevin McFall may or may not still have his 4.9 Formula. Its probably been 10 years since he left the club. Haven't heard from him since.
-
I spoke with Kevin a year or so ago. Almost 2 years ago.
Not counting my Fiero? Well, counting the people next door, the people on the cross street, the guy at the end of the street, the guy with the Corvette and Porsches, the councilman, and that Fiero a street over...
A grand total of 1 Fiero.

I think Richard Chen's work is within 5 miles of my house, so if he drives his Fiero to work, then 1 for a while anyway.
-
Actually, Richard lives within 5 miles of you, straight shot. He's just off Cruse and Old Norcross.
-
I thought Richard worked near the Galaxy Diner, and TopNotch was 20 miles or so away.
-
Richard has changed auto parts chains and locations several times. Pat's right that he works only a few miles from him, down Hwy 29 Near Oakland Road.
-
Never saw one in Atlanta in 9 years that I lived here before joining the club that I can recall. In the year since just club cars. So I say just my two, but there has to be more.
-
There were probably 2 or 3, near me, when I lived in Douglasville.
Down here? Not very likely.

At some point in the past, there was an effort to map where Fieros were located. Of course, some people did not participate, and some avoid any type of contact with other Fiero people. Since then, as years have passed and changes have happened, those maps are no longer accurate.
