wtb- 2.8l ecm and wiring harness hoping to get a good deal trying to switch my 2.5 out for a 3.1.

I pulled a 2.8 harness yesterday off an 86, I got the computer also. I normally use the harness on the 3800 swaps I do. If nobody else steps up I'll sell you one of mine.

Not to throw a wrench into the gears, but I didn't see mention of whether the car is a manual or automatic.  It makes a difference what ECM and engine harness you use.  They aren't interchangeable.

the harness and computer are out of an automatic with cruise and a/c

You can swap the Mem-Cal to convert one to the other although the harness is still different between auto or manual.
