Title: November Meeting and Election

Our November meeting is November 11, 10 AM at Luckey's BBQ Place, 2365 Powder Springs Road, Marietta, GA. 

At that meeting, we are to select the club officers for 2024.  At this time, only one person has submitted their name for consideration. 

We need five members for the board. Without officers, the club cannot exist because we are a Georgia Not For Profit Corporation and we are required under the Charter issued by the Georgia Secretary of State's Office to have officers to operate the company.  Think about it. Is that what you want?

I am not going to run again for board member if I can help it. I am not doing anyone justice being on the board and not attending club meetings.

If the club does not have enough nominees, I will continue to hold the spot.

One item on the agenda is to decide if we want to move the meeting location to a place with a wider menu selection.  There are two possibilities.  One is closer in to Marietta and the other is near the old Galaxy Diner location.
