May I suggest an Events section on the Forum page for things like this that no one will care about on the 7th?

Tinkerbell was posting events in the General Discussion section.  We get multiple notifications each day of events around the southeast and she was posting ones that we were notified of that were in the north Georgia area.  It might be that the Augusta area events weren't in the notifications we received. 

When 308 GTB was active with the club, he kept us abreast of the Caffeine and Octane meetings in the Atlanta area and posted pictures of each event.
