Click here (http://gafieroclub.org/DigitalEgr.pdf) to see a PDF document with a list of cars that use a digital EGR that can be used with the adapter plate. If you want to save the document, right click on the link and select "Save target as" or "Save link as" from the menu that pops up.

The second production run is heading to the machine.  Production should begin on or about February 20.

Awesome, I'll probably be starting my 7730 swap this weekend. While out at the salvage yard I picked up enough parts to do a second conversion. So if all goes well I'll be interested in another adapter plate. I should be a pro at this in no time. ;D

Aren't you the one making them?

Scott, we've sold 4 of the last batch you made.  No comments from anyone so far.  There were two single sales and one double sale.

I found it amusing that there hadnt been a comment here in almost 3 years so I was rattling the cage.

Most people order from The Mall on Pennocks and aren't registered here, so they can't post comments or ask questions here.  I can only think of 3 of our active members who've done the conversion.  Ron768, ronf85gt and OldOne.

I have everything to do mine, including DIS, but just don't have the funds to pay someone to do it.

You can't really say this person is active, but here's a pic:

what happened to the distributer?

It's in the trunk.

This uses coil packs, or DIS (Distibutorless Ignition System).  The distributor is no longer required.  Nor is the failure-prone ICM.  You can see the coil packs at the bottom of the picture, against the trunk wall.  Their ICM is the base of the coil pack.

The system is DIS (Distributorless Ignition System).  The distributor is replaced by those coilpacks you see.  Your 85 most likely didn't get the DIS system because there's no provision for a crankshaft sensor unless an aftermarket unit is mounted on the timing cover and a reluctor wheel is also mounted on the balancer to trigger the spark.

OK.  I ordered one, so I guess it'll be Scott's.
