I'm hunting for a gear for a GEN II headlight motor. I know Rodney has one, but that is a bit too rich for me. Wanted to check with y'all first.

Why not order a plastic gear from The Fiero Store?  As far as I know, only the Gen 1 gears were a problem and have been taken off the shelf.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

It's the same module in the Firebird. It's located on the firewall just right of center.
You can't fix stupid but, you can adjust it with a 2x4.
