Hot Summer Wheels is no more.
« on: May 15, 2016, 10:54:41 am »
I mentioned in the club meeting thread, that I haven't heard anything about the Hot Summer Wheels show, this year.
I asked Bo and, true enough, it appears that last year's show was indeed the last one.

So, we need another location for a cruise in. Ideals?

The Golden City Cruisers has a show/cruise in, on every third Saturday (same as our events)
We could invade, as a club. The only hitch is that it runs from 4 until 8 PM. People start showing up at ~3.

Last month, it was me and one other guy who has a pristine yellow 88 GT. (I invited him to check us out, and/or join us. Didn't seem too interested.) Neither of our cars rated a pic by the club photographer. Such is our lot in life.

...Or not. I'd be just as happy to go someplace else.

Raydar, our events are the 4th Saturday.  Don't arrive in Blue Ridge a week early.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers
