Have you seen this?  Better than a jetpack.

I wouldn't want to go that high or over land.  Get upside down and it's back to earth---with turbo boost.

2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

He was mostly over water.  He has a hand control, so could cut boost.  Still, he has fallen/crashed.  He got it over 80MPH, I believe.

I caught a brief audio snippet of where one was recently in a parade or flying overhead as part of security measures.  I'm not sure of the occasion.

One of my clients had someone inspecting crops on one.

He tried to cross the English channel from France but missed the refuelling boat and crashed into the sea.

He did say that the demonstration at the Bastille Day celebrations used a tiny percentage of the boards capability but the channel crossing was near 100%.

Not for me, but I guess falling into water is better than falling into the ground.

Ok.  Who will be first to ride?

Not I.  Fell too many times on a skateboard.  Actually, off the skateboard.  I fell off the skareboard.

This was my nephew at 14, after 2 years of practice.  There are better videos, but the music is terrible.

Four years after this video, he could skateboard with just about anyone.

Several real hover boards.

Those are great, but not for me.  Those boards (in general) and I have a disassociative relationship.
