Power Kruise
« on: April 19, 2017, 10:46:52 pm »

Not really a club event, but this is an event:
http://kiokee.org/event/kiokee-kruisers-spring-2017-cruise-in/

Includes a Police Escorted Power Cruise!

At their Fall event my '88 was one of the newest cars there, and with the least HP.

Not huge, but fun.
Red '88 GT 5-Speed, 7730ECM, 1.6 Rockers, and KEYLESS Entry!
Now with a trailer hitch for my bike rack.

Police Escorted Power Kruise... cool! It's been a long time since I experienced a "police escorted cruise". I was only about 25 MPH over, but I got a gift certificate to donate to the city coffers, and a nifty driver's safety class as a prize. :) lol

I'd love to go to the event, but I'm a mobile DJ, and my company has a big school prom on Saturday. We'll be starting setup at noon.

No, no.  When they do the police escort, you follow the police.  In your scenario, the police follow your lead.  The downside to the escort, is that you don't have a train of faithful followers, nor do they insist that you speak with them afterward.

That yellow '56 or so Chevy looks nice.  I always wanted one, but never got one.

Added a few more photos.  Start at the end and work your way backward.

Is that red cutlass with the racing stripes a 442?
