Great.  In the meantime, I'm sure you would be able to gain lots of experience by helping out with the club's current projects, as well as get an idea of what you want to do with your upcoming project.

The Comraderie would be fine,  I've owned 4, Worked for Clay Young, the Pontiac Factory Driver, and put a SBC 400 in my Brothers Fiero which was one of Clay's Wide body cars, And Last Satarday Missed on going to northlake as well as Paul aka Tha Driver House Because I spent too much time at the Swap Meet, I regret Missing Both, And I Firmly belive in Helping Others when I can.   Northlake Isn't Far, Not close either Maybe an hour   Just Let me Know ahead of time i'll try to be there.

You had previously mentioned that ”all paths lead to Tail of the Dragon”.  Is this car still streetable?

Yes, I am familiar with the Grass Roots Motorsports challenge. Yes, I was a previous owner of this car.

Here is the link to the origination of the finding and "building" of the car.

Edited for image size.

what in the world has made this thread GROW to a size that doesn't fit the Page, But met some people today that showed up at the Po boys show at Riverstone car show in Canton. so 3 Fiero's Today.   A 300% increase in Fiero's, Very Nice people and one said he Was in the Illinois club but now live's here I assume. Hopefully they will look in and Introduce Themselves. Plus a bump for the car.

He can use the one I posted on page 1.  Or a global admin can edit the post.  Or, one other person can edit with the content below:

Resize images to 1024 x 720 and they will fill the screen without over-extending it.

2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

After looking at the Photos I must assume that right now it Is Not street Legal,  BUT  It couldn't take much ( To Me) to make it so.  A Dedicated Track Car Isn't so Bad,  Though Limited somewhat in useage, should still be A Ball at SCCA Event's/HPDE/Open track Day's.

Andy, when editing your post, I inadvertently deleted your link to the article.  Can you edit it back into the post?  I tried to find it on the GRM website but couldn't.
