Vacant Board of Directors Position

While discussing purchases for the 3800 Formula and the Formula Fastback our board of directors have responded enough that we get a majority response of at least 3.  But we still have a seat open.  We can operate and make decisions with only 4 members, but a tie would be a stalemate. 

Both Mike McDonnell and Andrew Thomas have said that they would be interested if an election were held to fill the position.
