Sapelo Island?  Just an initial guess, but judging by the lack of the 2m4 decal on the decklid, it's been repainted at least once.  That could be a good thing.

They may have up-sized the wheels with steel rims.

Not a fan of steel rims--or of hubcaps.  Remember those rings Ford used to have on their wheels?  Not a fan.

I like nice alloy wheels.  I'd like them even more of they were lighter.
