Interior Armrests
« on: February 25, 2018, 03:40:03 pm »

Anyone out there make armrests with storage compartments?

I'm looking for a place to store glasses, GPS, phone, owners manual, etc and the armrest looks like it would be a great spot if it had a storage compartment.  Just needs a flip up lid.  Haven't measured, but the storage compartment could extend down 8"+ inches and provide lots of room.

If no one makes one, then how would someone go about creating something like this?

Russ88TTop on PFF makes all kinds of interior upholstery items.  You might check with him to see what he offers or will make.

Does your Fiero have crank windows? If not, and it doesn't have door pockets, you can probably find some on Ebay, and I think we have some in the Fiero barn.

The more complex the mind, the greater the need for the simplicity of play.

Power windows and door pockets.

Seriously, there are Fiero armrests with storage?  I've never seen them before.

If you mean on the door, I've never heard of any, but it could be done on the console armrest.
