I need some cool wheels for my white 88 GT fastback, not that they are not cool or anything, but my wife wants some nice ones, like the Black Crows, and with her gung ho for the Fiero scene, well, I must oblige her!  Also, I need to meet you Ronnie and get those buttons for the windows.  Going by Ashby's this AM to get an inside door handle on.  I was testing my black 88 fastback, and Rob was with me, and , well, I had to make a quick exit from the inside in an emergency stop, and, well, you figure.  Need a new headliner now, my melted!

Ok, back to the wheels:

I want to get the exact same size combination front and rear (excuse the pun).  Where can I go and look at them and get a good price.  Ronnie, I like yours alot, but don'w want to copy.  The little red stipe/hickey thing is cool, kind of like our new "remove before 'fliying" tags. I am going to make some chocks that say that for the tires.

So, suggestions, please.  You aske, "is money an object?"  Well, ............probably, but ..........................

Either call or type me an email or post or something.  Any portion of this message can be used for other publication, with approval from Johnnie first, ROB!  Maybe we could all get together at a bar, discuss the situation, then go shopping, like the ladies do, but without any pain.  Let me know.

Conrad , I might just have a full set of tires & wheels you might want to check out.

I've been holding onto them just in case I ever bought another Fiero to put them on. But I've about decided I'm just gonna stick to one Fiero.

I'll need to pull'em out of the corner of my garage and I can send you some pictures if you'd like , or just drive over and take a look.

They're the correct factory size in 15 inch wheels , not 17's like on my car.

Tires and wheels are in great shape. $400 for the complete package.

Thanks Ronnie and Carolyn.  The wheels look great and ride fantastic!  Wow, what a difference those tires make!

Also, I have to mention, the ride in your Yellow GT Fastback 4.9 was unreal!  Man, what a car!!!!  Johnnie gave you a good run with her 2.8 and the white car, but man, all I heard about on the way home was, "when can we take our car to Ed Parks and get a crate 4.9 put in!"  Yup, good job Ronnie!

Enjoyed the dinner and visit with you guys also.  Loco's in Athens is a great place.  Maybe we can get a group to gather there soon, after the next Athens Varsity car show.  Let us know the date and we will be there if possible.

LOL ! Yeah , I can just see you with your puppet hand on the back of Johnnie's neck , making her say that . That's funny.

We enjoyed your little visit and dinner. Hope we can get together again soon. Maybe we can convince some of the gang to come east one Saturday for the Varsity Cruise-In. The next one is June 7th from 6 - 9 pm.But it's always the 1st Saturday of the month , til football season anyway.

Hope the tires and wheels were what you wanted. They sure looked good cruising down the road ! Gave that car a whole new "attitude" !

Now , for the V8 swap , LOL.

She is serious!  I mean, serious!!!  Hey, not anything weird or anythin, but I didn't sleep a wink last night.  I told Rob that I was so impressed with your car, and my new wheels, thanks to you, of course, that I just went to the car and looked at it, sat in it, planned new leather stuff for it, went to the art program and got the graphics going, and before I knew it, it was 5 AM. 

I am amazed at how that car ran and drove.  I called Ed today to set everything up, or begin the process, but the line kept cutting off.  Will call again tomorrow. 

Well, we had a blast and I don't know if you can tell or not, but I really like your car.

I think that Johnnie and I will go up to Pontiac this summer with you guys and leave on that Wednesday before, if all goes as planned.  And yes, we will be at the next Varsity function in June. Maybe we can get some other folks there too.

Take car, and dinner tonight was the other 10 Loco's chicken wings from last night. Yup, they were good.
