A Message To All Georgia Fiero Club Members
And Peach State Kappa Solstice/Sky Club Members

We are hosting along with the Peach State Kappa Club - 'Cars And Coffee' - at Lanier Technical College Campus the third Saturday in June, July and August.

Dates are as follows:

June 21st
July 19th
August 16th

Rain date will be the next day on Sunday for each event. A copy of the flyer is included.

We need your help in distributing flyers and also day of show volunteers. If you are able to distribute flyers please let me know and we will get copies to you. Also if you are interested in working the day of the show please use the link below to take you to a sign up form online. Each club member that signs up to help with the show will receive a 'Cars And Coffee' crew T-Shirt to wear at the event along with entry and parking.

There is room in the Lanier Technical College Parking lot in front of the main building for 30 cars. The Georgia Fiero Club and Peach State Kappa Club members cars will be parking their cars there as the hosting club.

There are an additional 200 spaces alongside the main campus building where we will be parking show cars. There is more parking below in the secondary lot if needed. Each participant will receive a monthly 'Cars And Coffee' commemorative dash plaque.

There will be show awards and prizes too. There will be 16 classes of 'People's Choice Awards'. A sample award plaque can be seen at the new website www.carsandcofee.com.

This event is for the benefit of The Acoustic Neuroma Association in Atlanta. An Acoustic Neuroma is a debilitating Brain Tumor that can occur in your ear canal between your brain stem and your inner ear. It affects your auditory nerve, facial nerve and balance and it will certainly affect your hearing. Surgical removal of this type of tumor will leave the patient permanently deaf in the ear the tumor is located. Other forms of treatment include radiation and chemo therapy (Gamma Knife).

We truly would appreciate your support and participation of this event. We need volunteers the day of the show. We also need flyers to be distributed over the next few weeks at local car shows.
