    Where is everybody?

I get on here every morning and every night to check and see what's going on, and here lately it's been nothing. Where is everybody? Doesn't anybody do anything anymore?

I just bought another Fiero. It's an 86 SE V6 automatic with 65,000 actual miles on it. Just as soon as I get it running it'll be up for sale.

    Re: Where is everybody?

Well, I've just been sitting around waiting on that guy down in Southern Alabama that has all those Fieros sitting on his property.  He called me and told me he was sending descriptions and photos of all the Fieros he wanted off his property.  $200 each.  Nothing yet.

    Re: Where is everybody?

I hate waiting on somebody. That's why I went ahead and got this one, I didn't want it to get away. All it needs is the heads put back on and the top of the engine, a headliner, and paint and it's in mint condition. I'll fix it up and sale it and make some money to send to Uncle Sam. If I can do that a few more times I might get him paid off.

Some of us are in Pontiac, MI, for the 25th.

    Re: Where is everybody?

Well I usually check in here once a day. But usually nothing is happening that relates to me so sometimes I skip it for a few days.
I would be interested in the RFTH, but the only Fiero I have running now is thre Indy, & I can't see making such a run in a 4 cyl. automatic.
And... I can never remember when the meetings come up (In time to go) & always miss them.... Yeah I know when they are but that saturday always sneeks up on me. I don't have a wall to hang a calender on so there's nothing to remind me.

    Re: Where is everybody?

Well I'm going to pick up number 9 tomorrow. I think this one might be a keeper, I haven't decided yet. I don't own an automatic V6 so I might just keep it with the low milage and enjoy it.

    Re: Where is everybody?

Not bad.  What did the wheels come from?  I was trying to determine if they were wheels or covers, and it looks like I can see all the way through the rear one, so I'd guess wheels?  Now, if you just had $800 to pick up that complete 3800 SC on Craigslist.

    Re: Where is everybody?

He said the wheels came off a Grand Am, 16". It has the same radio as my Gold 86 GT and it has the performance sound.

Yeah; still not my bag of tea. I'll get one of my other cars built one day, & give those twisties a run for their money.
