I believe they came off Daylight Savings Time or whatever they call it.  That, combined with our change makes about a 2 hour difference in our time zones.

Actually, they're starting DST down there. It's late spring, almost summer. Novenber is like May, and December is like June.

We're on Standard Time, now until March when we start Daylight Savings Time.
