I bought the snake oil

Today, I bought a bracelet that is supposed to enhance my wellness.  I'm sure it's basically worthless, but keeping an open mind.  At this point, I'm willing to try anything reasonable.

If nothing else, I'd like to discover the trick to this thing.  The effects were dramatic, however this trick works.  There were various balance and strength tests that I cannot believe a bracelet could affect.

As far as I can tell, this could only negatively affect my wallet, but I'm willing to see what happens.  For sure, it does not help with perception of temperature.

Has anyone else tried one of these bracelets?

No, this is the oddest thing.

If you stand with you feet together, and your arms down, but your fingers pointing straight in to your legs, then have someone push down on your fingers, they can make you fall over easily.  If you hold the bracelet, it's much harder to make you fall over.  I find it hard to believe that a bracelet that weighs an ounce or so could have that much affect.  So, I tested on random people, I mean, why not?  With their permission, of course.  I performed the test myself, so it wasn't as if there was any trickery involved.

I'm missing something.

Well, I made it through the day, so far, with no headache.  I can feel that there could be a headache, but it isn't bothering me.  I've been keeping records for about 2 years.  The last time this happened was in January.

To be fair, this means little; I'll have to give it a few more weeks.

I wore the bracelet for a month.  The last 2 weeks of that month, I had no headache.  Then I lent the bracelet to someone for a week.  No headache for the first 3 days.  Then I started getting headaches again.  Yesterday's headache was a full-blown migraine.  I have the bracelet on again.

I'm not saying it does work, and I'm not saying it does not work, but the fact remains that my headaches seem to be lessened while wearing the bracelet.

After nearly a year of use, I notice that my headaches are rare.  As for helping with other things, I'm not so sure.  I have had pain in the left upper area of my chest, and am wondering if maybe there is blockage.

If the pain seems to go down your left arm, go see a doctor immediately. Been there, done that.

Well, I felt the pain yesterday, and on several prior occasions.  Not today.

Not down my left arm.  Closer to my sternum.  I broke my sternum, years ago, so it could be related.
