I don't leave that easy. I am still the President of the New East Tennessee Fiero Club. There will not be any lawyers on this topic. And my guestbook will go back up, because I am the only person that says what stays and what doesn't. If you don't like this topic don't read it, but if you want to post go at it.  8)

I am curious -- Is the president of your club elected directly by the members, or appointed by an elected board of directors? We do it the latter way in the Georgia Fiero Club, as directed in our Articles of Incorporation.
