What does a trouble code 12 mean?

I've already replaced the ignition coil, pick up coil, ignition module, coil wire and rotor button. And you can smell the gas, so I thought it was the spark. Any ideals?

If you were only getting Diagnostic Code 12, it means that everything was working correctly and nothing needed to be replaced.

Does the car even start and run?  If it doesn't, I would look first at the fuel pump relay, one of the 2 relays located behind the air filter canister.  Swap places with the two relays there and see if it starts.
