No idea about the straw behind the instrument cluster.

The only neg I see is that it's an automatic.  :D :D :D
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

No worries about the chain dangling in the cabin area?

Chain link chain seatbelts pinch.  They are also more prone to causing damage to the human body during accidents.  The flat seatbelt straps we use seem to be excellent for their purpose.

I thought the chain was a pull chain for the interior light.  ;D

Yes.  Without giving too much detail, it had a 3400 DOHC, red leather seats, larger wheels.  The owner insisted it was all stock.  I point out some items that were clearly not stock.  Without hesitation, the owner responded that the items were clearly stock AND original.  After some discussion, he slyly stated that they were originally from another car.

I saw a notchie on 12/23.  Under a car cover.  Actually only about 30 miles from me.  Does not participate in any Fiero stuff.

While on the way to work (I-85 South), I heard a horn beep, and looked over and saw a red notchie a couple of lanes to the left of me (I was about to exit). There was too much sun glare to get a real good look, but it appeared to be a 87-88 coupe style, possibly a Formula. I gave him a beep back, but soon lost him.
The more complex the mind, the greater the need for the simplicity of play.

Pat, that may have been Richard in his Formula.

Yep.  Sure thing.

No one around.  I waited for a bit, but no one showed up.

It looks to have died, and coasted there.
