32 isn't idle speed.  It's emissions related.  The CES light will go away when you turn the ignition off, then return when you get up to highway speed for a few minutes.  It will also turn off at lower speeds, usually under 35.  Headlight wiring wouldn't cause your problems.  Sometimes a sloppy timing chain can cause an idle hunt.  Usually it's due to the slow ECM update or IAC.

The raw gas smell is a result of what we found last week.  The Evap canister over near the air filter isn't connected, so it doesn't filter the gas vapors from the atmosphere.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

Yeah if i have time within the next two days ill be putting the cruse control and stuff for it in. Also the code came back and went away again. What ill do is get a new IAC and see if it works if not whatever. And right now it feels like the car misses up around 4k and sometimes feels like it hesitates getting into first. It also sometimes makes a knocking sound when getting into first, it does that mainly starting on a hill. Oh and while i was under the car again the oil pan looks pretty dry now so doesnt seem to be leaking now lol.
