You're building such a trailer?

It’s in the plans if Gabe doesn’t steal too much more of the parts car. 😂 I’m going to try to turn the 86 GT into the trailer.

I know where you can get a notchback trailer.  About 3 hours away.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

From past RFTH events, which cars had the shortest range?

I’m listening...

It's made from an 85GT or 86SE.  It was cut across the top at the break line between the front roof section and the rear clip.  It retains the rear door jamb and the area where the quarter window would be has been cut away, leaving something like a Targa top.  When I inquired about it, he said he was asking $3000.  I'll text you some pictures.

The date is September 24, 25, & 26, 2021.

The route has been finalized.  We will begin in Clayton, GA with the famous Warwoman Road and follow some of our old paths through Highlands and Cashiers on our way to the Jukebox Junction in Canton, NC for our sit-down lunch.

From that point, we will take new roads, working our way on some very winding roads to a short drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway where we will have ample photo ops.  We will finish it off with another super-winding road before arriving at our hotel in Asheville, NC.

There will also be an alternate and less winding sightseeing route available for those who wish to be a part of the comradery without the white knuckle effect.

Saturday evening dinner is planned for Applebee's but hasn't been finalized as of this time.  The alternate will be a Mexican Restaurant nearby.

Hotels are in the works as soon as the person responsible for setting group rates responds from each hotel.

The Event T-shirt design has been selected and that image will be up shortly, along with prices in our Club Merchandise section.

Hotel and T-shirt info will be edited into the first post of this thread as soon as everything is finalized.

Just a thought, but you might want to offer the shirts in a separate thread.  Some visitors may not look back to the first post.

Just catching up on this!  Looking forward to it!  My son and I can definitely make it.  Clayton is a good starting point that makes it not too bad of a drive to get there (just under 4 hours from Corbin).

How many did we have for the 25th, does anyone know off hand?

I'm looking forward to this again this year. Kind of doubtful I'll have the Fiero ready yet, and my Focus ate a deer late last year and isn't finished...so it'll probably either be my Mustang or on a motorcycle this year.
