Nomination and Qualification for the 5 Board of Directors for 2023 will open on October 1 and close at Midnight, November 9. Ballots will only be received at the official club email of GeorgiaFieroClub@Gmail.Com Ballots received through any other electronic or verbal means will not be accepted.
In-person nominations and qualification will be accepted on November 10, prior to the commencement of the Election Committee meeting. Proxy votes may be submitted at this time with proof of authorization by the person casting the proxy vote. Candidates are not required to be dues paying members in good standing at the time.
All members in good standing may nominate candidates.
