I had just recently seen that video.  The Corvette guy was/is a moron.  I was worried he was hoing to damage other vdhicles.  Not sure why he was so thrilled with wrecking his Corvette.  He started off poorly, and never learned.  Twice, I thought he was going to hit the Fiero.

When the tail went to the right just before crashing, you can see the front wheel lock up.  At that time the left front wheel is seriously leaning in at the top and out at the bottom.  Looks like something also broke before impact.  Lou Dias said that the car was highly modified.  Guess that didn't apply to the suspension.
