As long as they're a paid member they're eligible.  They may not accept, though.

Hmmm.  We may be in danger of Sarasota Slim, English Bob, Jim Beam, Naval Jelly, and Big Kate getting elected. Vote early, and vote often--er, for 5 people.

As of this moment, there are 4 persons who will accept a position on the Board of Directors, but there have been no votes cast.

Michael McDonnell
Pat Swayne
Charles Sewell
Scott Brown

Since we only have 4 (and hopefully another at the meeting), I suggest that we have a simple "All in favor of these people being board members" at the meeting. If the "aye's" have it, they're in.

During the January 13 business meeting, it was pointed out that we still had a vacancy on the Board of Directors.  Ron Robinson volunteered to fill the position.  A vote was taken among all members present, and it was unanimous to accept Ron as a new board member.  Thank you, Ron.
