I need the steel basket that the gt steering wheel screws into. I also need (1) flat plastic round piece that fits on top of basket. last I need (2) plastic collars that hide the basket from sight. thanks

I have a 1986 fiero and it keeps drawing the battery down. I bought a new battery and pulled the car out of the garage and let it run for a few minutes and 5 minutes later the new battery wouldn`t start the car. any ideas?

1986 fiero gt for sale --red exterior / red/black leather interior no tears,holes or worn spots. power windows, power mirrors, trunk opener, sunroof, grey lace gt wheels, rear wing with double stands, sub woofer , new plug wires, new plugs. brakes need work has new booster, may need manifold gasket or head gasket.$ 2000.00 obo

I just bought this car a couple of weeks ago and the cars pretty much what I expected. brakes work but not very good, drivers seat won`t slide all the way forward, headlights work but won`t flip up and dash lights don`t come on, everything else seems to work. all this was known before purchase so that not the reason for the sale. the car just doesn`t feel right for me, I always liked notchies better and stick-shifts (although my arthritis would say otherwise) but its just the way you feel when you sit in a car and it feels like its you or it doesn`t. so its a 1986 fiero gt 2.8 v6 automatic. power windows, power mirrors, trunk opener and light, no trunk carpet. new battery. tires only fair, 15" grey gt wheels. wing on trunk has extended stands sits higher. has sunroof. has fancy radio with all the buttons and the factory controls for base speaker under dash. has red carbon fiber panels for radio surround,battery and oil gauge cluster, dash board, shift surround and door handle plates. exterior is red (good from 10` to 15` feet) interior is red and black leather or vinyl ? all the instruments are white with red shine thru lighting. no rips or tears. has custom side scoops on both sides.

I joined Georgia fiero club in august of 2008 shortly after finding out I had cancer. I had my eye on a 85 gt that had been sitting in a car lot for 7 years. I guess the cancer made wife finally give in and I bought it. I did a few things to it, nothing fancy a couple of scoops, some big tires and mags, mr mike leather seats boy I loved that car.  before you know it I had 5 fieros. I had a lot of fun with the club and made some good friends, we used to get 20 or more people at the meetings and the parking lot at the galaxy was full of fieros and it was like a swap meet once a month. slowly but surely the participation dropped off , for me my best friend moved to charlotte and took his fiero with him. somehow it didn`t seem as much fun anymore and eventually I sold my cars ( 1 was an 88 gt t-top for $1000.00 what a jerk) and last to go was my beautiful primer gray 85 gt, that was the straw that broke the camels back. the kid I sold it to  took the fast and furious route and totaled it. so its been a couple of years and I`ve decided to come back and buy another fiero but the members are few and far between. now I know theres a lot of fieros and owners out there and I know that the galaxy diner isn't conveniently close for everyone ( I drive almost an hour ) but I`ve gotten use to it. what I`m trying to say is all you crazy fiero addicts why don`t you come out to a meeting and lets try to build the biggest fiero club in the usa. if you don`t like the meeting place maybe the officers would consider rotating meetings to different restraunts in your area, im` sure you would enjoy going to one of your local watering holes and show up with 20 or 30 fieros behind you. everytime I sign on theres usually 10 to 15 guests online beside myself. why not sign-in and let us know what you think, it doesn`t cost anything there are paying members and non-paying members and no one cares which you are, we`re just there to have fun, if all of you out there would join us who knows what kind of fun we could have and what kind of ideas and things you all could come up with. we have a few very knowledgable fiero guys in the club (not me) but we could always use a couple of fiero mechanics that wouldn`t mind working on fieros for a reasonable fee. well I didn`t mean to climb on the soap box I just thought it such a waste all of us within a hour or so of each other and we can`t take a couple of hours a month to meet each other and share are cars and ideas for more fiero fun.    oldone in cartersville

yes still have two 1988 fieros for sale. one gt and one formula.  both cars need to be restored. everything is pretty much there. gt motor runs, needs work to do so. formula motor doesn't run has a knock which would indicate rebuild or replace.  $1800.00 for 88 gt with t-tops. $950.00 for 88 formula with getrag 5-speed. would like to sell these cars need the room.
