Control arm bolt grease?

So hopefully this weekend i will be putting my front suspension all back together. I know you use the specific grease on the new poly bushing, but should i use some of that grease on the control arm(s) bolts as well?

No.  Maybe use some chassis, bearing, or brake slider grease.  I've never used anything on those bolts other than anti seize on the threads.

The poly is pretty chemical resistant, but if you put anything on them, the Permatex Synthetic Brake Caliper grease may be the way to go but just put it on the bolt and inside the metal sleeve.  As far as the bushing lube, even with the silicone grease, they will eventually start talking to you.

I wonder if poly bushings could be lubricated with graphite instead of grease? The purpose of the lube is to keep them from squeaking, and graphite might work for that.

I found teflon grease worked well for the poly bushings (readily available at cycle shops).  I also put grease fittings on all the poly areas to keep the squeak out.

I just coated everything poly, with the silicone grease. (I bought a bunch extra when I bought my bushings.) The only thing I did not coat was the outer diameter of the bushing, where it fits into the shell. I especially coated the ends of the bushings, and the center sleeve. None on the bolts.
Over a period of years, it hasn't squeaked at all. This on two different cars.
