It is definitely a scam.  First, the spelling and grammar is atrocious.  A reputable company would have an advertising department or agency to develop the ad.  Most of these work-at-home schemes begin by asking for your personal information and eventally you must buy their work package to get you started.  Then there are all manners of getting money from you rather than them paying you.  One of the ways is that they want your routing information for your checking account so they can directly deposit the money you earn.  Actually, once they have the routing information, they will empty your checking account and since you've given them your personal identification in your employment application, they can steal your identity.

Clicking on links in their emails can also be dangerous.

2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers
