WTB Fastback clip
« on: October 10, 2009, 10:24:07 am »
I need a complete fastback clip to go on a customers Fiero. He doesn't want to pay much. I found 1 for $350.00 but that's too much. I also have parts that I can trade for it if you need something.

I sold mine to my helper. If he doesn't want to pay $350 for everything he's crazy or real cheap or very poor (like me). The taillights alone go for $300 each on egay (at least the last one I saw did). I wouldn't sell a complete conversion for less than $600, probably more like a grand if the taillights were perfect.
BTW, there are 15 or 18 total pieces for the conversion, if you include drip rails & brackets. I had a list at one time but not sure where it is.

Thats why I like to buy my parts from club members instead of ebay. Ebays for making money, clubs are for helping each other out.

I had a club member that had to sell his car to pay his house payment when his work got slow. I built him a car from 3 Fiero's and gave it to him, title included. When his work picked back up his fixed it up and made a really nice car out of it. He sold it months later for $2000 and bought a V6 Fiero. What goes around comes around. You help them and they'll help you.
