I need to go back to the mountains tomorrow, Aug. 10 if anyone would like to go along.  Not going to make the run, but I'm going to scout the road we looked for previously and to set up hotel and restaurant.  Email or call me.

I've put in a call to the printer.  I expect them to be similar to last year---in the $25 range but they vary with 2X and 3X being a buck or two higher.

Sorry I can't make a weekday run with you.
But I think if the price stays in the $ 25 to $ 27 range, that is great.
Fingers crossed.

Got the prices from the printer.

Adult sizes Small, Medium, Large, XLarge $25 each.
2XLarge, $26
3Xlarge, $27

These are a 50/50 blend and they don't shrink or fade,.  Not really necessary to order a larger size, unless you plan to wear it as a night shirt to tease your wife/girlfriend.

They will be available sooooon in the Club Merchandise section of the forum.

If you don't want to use a credit card, mail a personal check or postal money order to

Georgia Fieros
287 Park Place
Auburn, Ga. 30011-3035

It must arrive prior to Saturday, September 3, 11:59PM

When I click on your tab I can see it, but when I go to Club Merchandise, it isn't there.  That's where I advertised it to be.

Just got back from a trip to the Hills and I found the road we were looking for.  Interesting little back country road, but it has a lot of pot holes and broken shoulders.  That section is only a short distance then the road improves.  The highway it runs into is pretty good, but that brings us back to US 64 and I think we have a chance of encountering a lot of slow traffic on US 64.  Therefore, I'm leaving the route as originally planned.

There was another road that looked promising on the lower end of the loop, but that one turned out to be dirt after about a half mile.

Talked to two hotels and got prices.  Will need to talk with TopNotch and 85GT before a decision is made.  About $40 a night difference.

Per person or per room? That is quite a substantial difference.

That is $40 per room.  Quite a bit of difference in the hotels, too.  Two queen beds and a full breakfast and big pool as opposed to two double beds and a continental breakfast and smaller than a backyard pool.
