Another RFTH?

This is part of route 97 in upstate NY. If those folks up there don't have a RFTH, they need to.

That's a good one.  Looks like someone tried to do RFTH.   In the lower right you can see broadside skid marks going toward the rock bluff, if you enlarge the picture.
