THE AUGUST 12 CLUB COOKOUT IS HEREBY CANCELLED.  SEE THE POSTING AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS THREAD[/b]Our club family cookout and picnic will be held in Auburn, Georgia.  We have used this location once before.  A nice pavilion with tables, lots of parking space for good Fiero exposure, Whistlestop Shops https://www.cityofauburn-ga.org/WhistlestopShops.aspx  A walking park just across the street and a children's playground a half block away. 

It has been our tradition that the club furnishes meat, buns, drinks, chips, and fixings.  Those attending are invited to bring a dish. Let us know what you will bring so it isn't duplicated.  We will try to keep an updated list in this thread.   

All Fiero owners are invited, but we will need to know if you are coming and how many are in your party so we can purchase enough food.

Depending on what I got going on I will try to be there.

Some suggestions of what to bring if you're coming.

I will bring a 6-quart cooker of Chili with meat and beans.

Other suggestions are

Baked or bbq beans
Potato salad
Slaw
Dip for potato chips
Large cooler with ice for drinks
Sweet and unsweet tea

I need to know by August 1 if you are coming and how many in your party. 

Jason and Pat, I need help in securing items like condiments, plates, plasticware, etc. 

It would also be a good idea to bring a folding chair.  I don't know how many picnic tables will be available.  Currently there are none in the pavilion.
